Welcome to the City of Jacksonville's online account management system.

For both payment modules you can either make a One Time Payment or Sign Up to save payment info for future use.


Municipal Payments

With this system you can make payments for License Renewals, Building Permits, Fees, Permits, Public Works Permits or Transient Lodging Tax.        

To make a payment, simply click on One Time Payment, click on Municipal Payments and then click on the type of payment you are wanting to make.  When you click on one of the options listed above, an expanded list for that category will show up.  Enter the amount you are paying, and click on the + button, which will populate the amount in your cart.  Click on Purchase Items to enter payment information.  After you click on Purchase Items it will take you to a screen to enter your payment information.  In the Memo section on that screen, please enter an identifying number specific to the payment you are making, such as the Building Permit Number, or Business License Number, or Alarm Permit License Number, and customer number if you are paying a renewal.  You can also upload the License Renewal Letter with the information required to send back with payment.  


CITY SERVICES WATER BILL

New Service?  If you need to set up service with the City of Jacksonville, please contact our office during regular business hours. 
Water Shut Off?  If you were shut off, and it is during our business hours, please add a $50 reconnect fee and call our office to have your water turned back on.  If you do not call our office, crews are not dispatched to turn your water back on. 
Moving?  Please contact our office for a final billing. 

With this system you can:

  • Set up Paperless Billing
  • See Your Usage History
  • Look at Your Account History

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click on Make a Payment. If you would like to sign up for automatic bill pay, please contact our office at 541-899-1231.

FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Account Number
  • Your Email Address
